The Nergis Beach Hotel is on the main promenade in Marmaris close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The promenade is popular day and night and has a great atmosphere; the resort centre is approximately 600 metres away. The hotel has its own private beach with direct access from the back of the complex and there are a range of water sports available locally.

The hotel has three bars and two restaurants, one inside the main building and one on the terrace. The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast from 7.30am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2pm and dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools, two children`s pools and one with a waterslide.
